現時点でのお取り扱い：ご登録の情報は、サービス提供 (入札情報の配信・サポート対応) にのみ使用し、第三者への提供は行いません。 This policy is provisional for the beta period. We'll publish an APPI-compliant official privacy policy upon official release, with email notification and re-acknowledgement.

Current practice: Registration info used solely for service provision (bid notifications, support). No third-party sharing.

1. 個人情報の定義

本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法第2条第1項に定める情報、すなわち、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるもの、または個人識別符号が含まれるものをいいます。

2. 取得する情報

当社（US Bid Center Co., Ltd.、以下「当社」）は、お客様（usbidcenter.jp の利用者・お問い合わせフォーム送信者）から以下の情報を取得することがあります。

  • お名前、会社名、メールアドレス、電話番号
  • お問い合わせ内容、相談内容、業種・案件情報
  • サブスクリプション利用に伴うアカウント情報
  • サービス利用に関するアクセスログ、Cookie、IP アドレス、ブラウザ情報

3. 利用目的

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。

  • お問い合わせ・相談への対応、お見積りのご提示
  • SAM.gov / PIEE / MAS / CMMC など代行サービスの提供および契約履行
  • 入札・落札情報の配信、サービス利用に関するご案内
  • サービス改善、利用統計の分析（個人を特定しない形）
  • 法令に基づく対応

4. 第三者提供

当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
  • 業務委託先（サーバー運用、メール配信など）に対し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で提供する場合

5. 韓国本社（usbidcenter.com）との連携

当サービスは韓国本社（US Bid Center Co., Ltd.）の運営支援を受けています。サービス提供のために必要な範囲で、本社と個人情報を共有することがあります。本社は本ポリシーと同等の水準でお客様の情報を取り扱います。

6. Cookie の利用

当サイトは、サービス改善およびアクセス解析のため Cookie を利用することがあります。お客様はブラウザ設定により Cookie を無効化できますが、その場合一部機能が利用できない場合があります。

7. 個人情報の管理

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損を防止するため、適切な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。保有する個人情報は、利用目的達成後、合理的な期間内に削除します。

8. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求

お客様ご本人から個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止のご請求があった場合、本人確認の上、合理的な期間内に対応します。

10. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

This service operates with the support of our Korea headquarters (US Bid Center Co., Ltd.). We may share personal information with HQ within the scope necessary for service delivery. HQ handles your information to the same standard as this policy.

This site may use cookies for service improvement and access analysis. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may become unavailable.

7. Information Management

We take appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Information is deleted within a reasonable period after its purpose is fulfilled.

8. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion Requests

Upon receiving a request from the individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of personal information, we will respond within a reasonable period after identity verification.
